I've know and worked with David for over 15 years. As a physician treating accident victims, I have the opportunity to work on cases with many different attorneys and doctors. I can say with confidence that I highly recommend David as a personal injury attorney. In 31 years of practice, I've come to realize that, with attorneys, like in every profession and every business there are the good the bad and the exceptional. David fits in the exceptional column. He will personally fight for you and help maximize your settlement. Many injury law firms have case workers pushing paper around and trying hard to get cases settled quickly with minimal effort. David will take the time to do things right. He is also a trial attorney and the insurance companies know who will and who will not step foot in a courtroom and they will treat your case based on that piece of information. Even if your case does not go to trial ( most do not), having an attorney that DOES go to court will help your case. David Papa is a pro with a lot of experience and I would trust him to handle my case if I ever needed an injury attorney.
