While he was serious, he was always straight to the point and just wanted to make sure to get this off my record without knowing me. He scheduled a date and time with a flat fee (which was wonderful), and got me out of it. I definitely would recommend him to any family and friends.

My first impression of Mr. Perez was how personable he was which brought an ease to my situation I hadn't expected. Then there was the personal aspect, "personal" in the sense of how specific, intimate and detailed probating a will can (and SHOULD) be ... but one not necessarily experienced. Mr. Perez noticed a rather glaring yet previously unrecognized caveat (by prior attorneys, ahem) which entirely changed the interpretation of the will I needed to probate in Florida. His grasp of our unique situation was impressively quick (and I had quite a few lawyers against which to compare); and the alternatives proposed to accomplish our objective were thoughtful, effective and ultimately successful as well as reasonably priced. I've been impressed with Mr. Perez's legal acumen and professionalism, and very grateful for his assistance.

Leo represented my husband in defense against a plaintiff suing for alleged injuries received in a car/bus accident. Leo was an exceptional lawyer who took great effort to ensure he had all information regarding this case, working as our personal lawyer alongside our insurance company's lawyers. Throughout this timeframe, Leo made himself knowledgeable regarding my husband's health issues and showed great concern in order that we could possibly bring this case to a just finish and alleviate as much stress to us both as my husband's health continued to deteriorate. To some keeping count as to # of wins vs. losses, Leo, through our request, accepted a settlement to the plaintiff; however, we, do not consider this case a "loss" situation. Leo ensured our insurance lawyer was aware of my husband's deteriorating health, and worked with him to consider no further arguments on our behalf and notify the courts to settle. I am writing this review on my husband's behalf as he has since passed but I was in attendance of all meetings, correspondence, etc. I would highly recommend Leo to anyone in need of legal representation in those areas of his practice.
