This the last place I would recommend for my worst enemy Elaine was less than cordial every time I encountered her. She called me up on the 7/17/2023 the day I came home from neck surgery to voice her opinion about how disrespectful and combative she felt like was and to tell me she had been trying to contact me for 3days which at that time I had surgery and looking forward to coming home although I did have my phone with me while in the hospital after recovering. I just thought the call wasn't professional nor was it good customer service. I paid money for their assistance, to some it may not be much but to me it may as well been a million dollars for me because I work hard for everything I get. I said that to say I feel like I was treated horrible horrible, I tried to be as diligent as possible. I paid them on 7/5/2023 and my deadline was 7/24/2023 and on 7/21/2023 my case had not been field I had given everything they asked for and then some no reason why this should have been dragged out so long. I wouldn't recommend this establishment called Consumer law attorneys if it were the attorneys on earth. I shouldn't have to play along with the nonsense when I have paid money out of my pocket for a service.

I made a phone call to take care of a situation, and they service was outstanding. I felt they are up to help consumers.

I spoke with Shannon and he was awesome. He took about 30 minutes to patiently understand our entire situation, to explain how everything works, what to expect, answered all of my many questions, was extremely kind, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. If we at some point cannot pay our mortgage before our house sells we will absolutely hire him to help us. Thank you so much Shannon.

They are amazing. My lawyer Kenneth C. and Paralegal Elaine P. have been there for me every step of the way during my hardest times. Even in the evening, after I’ve gotten my mail and I find disturbing letters, she got back to me within 5 minutes to help me understand and she calmed me down. She didn’t have to call me tonight and she did. I am so grateful for Elaine and Kenneth. I will continue to use them for my current legal issues/needs and I highly recommend them! I called Att. Vincent Kim when my HOA had filed a lawsuit against me. He took my call, proceeded to calmly explain my situation and my opinions. Instead of just taking my money upfront (which many other attorneys do), he advised me to make an attempt to negotiate with HOA first. And then call him back if needed. It was a huge relief to be able to talk to someone trustworthy. It made me feel I was not facing the lawsuit alone. Thank you Vincent
