I was represented by Mr.Penton recently in a case and also once 15 yrs ago. Both matters I have been pleased with the outcome. Manny has also represented many people I know, and they had good experiences as well. I would never like appearing in court, but Manny made me feel secure. I highly recommend Manny Penton for any legal defense needed for anyone. His prices are very reasonable. I was charged with a DUI and felony possession. Mr. Penton fought my case long and hard, going from any angle he could to get me the best deal possible. He was able to get the drug charge dropped for me which was my main worry. He truly made sure I was taken care of every single step of the way and was informed every step of the way, even when I had to move back home from Fl for health reasons, 15 hours away. Mr. Penton made sure a court date was never missed and that we wouldn't settle until something could fairly be agreed upon on both sides. He is not anything like half of these lawyers who just takes your money win or loose & has no conscious. If he turns clients away, he is actually doing you a favor, so consider it a gift. He can always be common like the rest & just take your money & loose you know. My daughter got in trouble out in Florida (DUI/Hit & Run) and I am here in Michigan. I called several Attorneys in the Clearwater area. As you can imagine, trying to choose an Attorney over the phone and out of state is no easy task! I spoke to Manny Penton and he didn't try to make any false promises as some of the others I had spoken with had. There IS NO GUARANTEE when you're in trouble with the law!. His price was reasonable and he seemed like a genuinely nice man. He gave me the best and worst case scenario's and saw my daughter that afternoon. On day 1 had her taking the steps needed to retain her driver's license. He fought her case long and hard. He didn't miss a thing and fought every angle as hard as he could. He even drove her to the DMV to get a restricted license! She is out there alone and because of Manny's representation she has been able to maintain a Driver's License through the whole thing. He even went back to court when all the probation requirements were met and was able to get her off probation 9 months early! I was more than pleased with the representation he gave my daughter. He kept in touch with both of us every step of the way and he truly cares about his clients! I recommend him and his firm to anyone needing excellent AND affordable representation in Pinells's County Florida.

I am beyond thankful to Mr. Penton for all his help. I got in car accident back in May in which the other driver was at fault. I had no idea dealing with Allstate (the other driver's insurance company) would be such a headache. Although the other driver was completely at fault and was even cited for causing the accident, Allstate refused to pay the full damages my car received. It was not until Mr. Penton got involved that Allstate took full responsibility for the damages. This is a very honest law firm that puts their clients first.

I had a 17 year old warrant that stopped me from getting a great job here in my state. Ten states away Manny Penton, who very pleasent and knowledgable to me on the telephone, solved my problem. He was honest, clear and up front about everything I should expect. I went into his office hopeless and confused at what to do next and Mr. Penton helped clear up the confusion and ultimately helped get rid of a 5 year suspension on my license so I am able to drive to work again.
