competent and didn't waste my time.transferred from another lawyer that had set the settlement bar at the threshold where we settled ,which made everything difficult to proceed . i think that a little more review b4 taking this on may have been appropriate , but who knows. altho I don't need the money geico bested my original atty and hamstrung dolman with the original offer to settle. my back was definitely messed up but this was my first lawsuit at 72 and fortunately I can afford treatment on my own.I believe they negotiated the best outcome available w/o a trial I am thankful that honest and forthright law firms such as this exist to battle the denial based insurance companies if need be. I would use them again in a new york minute as honesty and competence seem to as non-existent as common sense these days. their office staff is helpful and fun. you don't have to like people to do business with them but it sure makes it easier. I just ended a settlement with them and they came though.. I got more than I thought I'd get, they took care of everything, got the doctor bills done pretty low and I recommend Dolman.. They will bust their asses for you.. And you need that in a lawyer
