I would avoid this place at all costs! I requested to speak with my lawyer 4 times and he never once called me or anything. After receiving offers from the insurance company, a paralegal would call asking if I want to take the offer or not instead of guiding me what direction I should go. I felt as if they didn't care about my case. Maybe it was because it was a motorcycle accident? I think its funny how I cant post a review on their Facebook page. As a result, I didn't get much at all from my case. BEWARE!

Usually, I never write reviews, but it is too important to find a good law firm - and reviews online are a good way to start. Let me start of by saying thank you to Dolman law group, especially to Dave Neiser, Julia Dolman and assistant Kristi. I was involved in a no fault car accident & required additional neck surgery due to the injuries sustained in the accident. The driver was uninsured & my own Under insured Motorist ( UM) insurance disputed my injuries. The insultingly low settlement they offered added insult to injury. But after years of stalling & depositions and doctors visits, I was exhausted & willing to accept nearly anything. If it wasn't for Attorney Dave Neiser! He assured me that he could win my case in trial. And he did! Any other law firm would have told me to settle. At Dolman Law, you are not a number! Attorneys provide their cell phone numbers, keep clients informed, and truly have their clients best interest at heart. Mr. Neiser worked countless hours on my case, during trial, while I went home at night, Dave Neiser, Julia Dolman and assistant Kristi, went back to the office to do even more work - going to trial with a difficult case is nerve wrecking - but I knew I was in best hands! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Dave, Julia & Kristi, for everything you have done for me & my family. Thank you for the hard work, endless hours, and for helping me through this difficult time.

I chose this law office simply based on location to my house. When I tell you it was meant to be, that couldn’t be more true. The staff here is very professional and the clients are their number 1 priority. You are not another case with a number attached to it, you are a person that actually matters to them and they want what is best for your individual situation. They follow up with you on a personal level to see how your treatment is going and how you are feeling, which is something you can’t say for most of the auto attorneys out there. If you want something quick and you don’t want to have the privilege to speak with your attorney when you want then don’t choose Dolman. But if you do want to feel like a person rather that a number and if you want open lines of communication with your attorney directly and you want the best in the business who will fight for the best for you then YOU DO WANT DOLMAN LAW GROUP!!! Make sure you call them not some other attorney who won’t work for you. Call Julia Dolman, she is my attorney and is amazing!!

Well... to say the least, no one like the aftermath of an accident. The pain and suffering, the unknown of the future and the worries of today. I have never been involved in an auto accident before and it really can change a person for a long time. I had the fortune of finding Julia, who immediately put my mind at ease. She was compassionate towards my unique situation and took the time to explain the process. I never felt rushed and every step was explained so I never was overwhelmed. The entire staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. Julia fought hard for me and before you know it... all was done! And we walked away quite happy in the end! No one enjoys going through a legal process, but I have to say it was truly a pleasure working with Julia... an Eagles fan can't be all that bad!

I was hit by a Florida driver on my passenger side door during the later part of 2016. Thankfully, both parties survived the accident. My car was totaled, but fortunately I am still alive to write this review. I suffered a herniation in my lower back as a result of being hit by the other driver. During the shaken frenzy that typically follows being in a car accident, I called my financial manager and he referred me to the Dolman Law Group for assistance in filing a lawsuit. On my first meeting with the firm, I met with Matthew Dolman and Alexander Knapp. I have never been through a personal injury case before, but Matt and Alex explained the process and put me at ease. Let me say here that the thing that stood out to me during this process was that I felt like this firm was committed to doing things the right way. The Dolman team handled all of the administrative functions of my case on thereby making things very easy for me in the process. Early in the process they provided recommendations for doctor visits, and even checked on me at times to see how I was doing physically. Additionally, I did receive information updates, and check-in calls from Zahira ('Z' for short) to keep me abreast of the situation surrounding the case. The visits to the Dolman office were made very pleasant by their staff, and working with Z and Brittney was awesome! Over time, I was made aware that Julia Dolman (at the time her last name was McGrath) would be handling my case. I met with Julia for the first time to discuss some details of the case and to prepare for the deposition. Julia let me know that due to some prior pain history that I had from previously, that we should temper expected outcomes from the case going into the deposition. However, I felt that Julia had a command of my case, and a strategy of approach as we talked through the details. Julia was always ready to answer any questions I had whether in person or by phone. She was professional in her demeanor, very personable, and let me know that she cared about me and my outcome. A lot of the work that Julia did was behind the scenes prep work for the case, but she was always very informed about the details of the case. During the final mediation is where I had the opportunity to really see Julia perform as an attorney! Julia presented the case to the mediator in a way that was very succinct, engaging, and polite. Also, Julia and I had an awesome mediator that really took the process seriously, and looked at all of the details of the case very closely. Julia did an amazing job negotiating our position based on the costs associated with the case. At the end of mediation, Julia and I were very pleased with the outcome, even surprised! Having had prior history of pain on my part, what Julia was able to accomplish during the mediation process was simply outstanding! Furthermore, Julia also did an amazing job working with the doctors involved in my case as well. The Dolman Team is so successful in their industry because they seem to operate with integrity in dealing with their clients. Also they have great relationships in their field which is very important and extremely beneficial for their clients. As their client, I would expect that others will benefit from their knowledge and years of experience in the personal injury field. My attorney, Julia was a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring person from start to finish. I hope that the entire Dolman Team continues to provide honest and integrity filled service to clients for many more years to come as that is the reason I would do business with this firm again if the need ever arises. Got hit by a car on my bicycle and i ended up getting 15k cash from my settlement in about 6 months. Would use them again.

Mr. Neiser has always been honest with me and walked me through the whole process. He represented me for an automobile accident that he was able to settle out of court. I knew it would be a difficult case and he handled it properly and always returned my phone calls, mostly in the same day. He has always been kind and I would highly recommend him to anybody in need. Not all attorney's have your best interest, but I can assure you he does.
