I had a excellent experience!
Whenever I had an issue with my doctors or W.C. not approving procedures all I had to do was call/email my Legal Aid Jessica and tell her what is going on and within a week it was approved.
So all in all Matthew Noyes and Jessica Thompson was awesome and got what had to be done in a timely manner and treated me the way a client should be treated.
