One of the BEST attorneys in the bay area. He is respectful, returns calls and treats you like a human being. When he says he is going to do something he does it. I highly recommend this law firm for any legal needs you may have. He has always looked out for me and everyone I have referred to him. Mr. Barack and his staff took my case and within a matter of weeks were able to demonstrate to opposing counsel the futile nature of their complaint. Based on Mr. Barack's experience and professionalism, we were able to get the case dismissed before we even had to answer the complaint and with no discovery or depositions.

Ryan is an excellent attorney. Articulate and well spoken. Very knowledgeable and innovative. He guided me through a difficult and stressful situation. Never felt like I was being hurried on the phone or in his office. Never felt like my case was less important than any others he was handling. His office staff was very professional too. Responsive, diligent, pleasant staff, calls you back, responsive with Blackberry, technical when it comes to computers, Board certified which I have learned is a rarity, firm with oppsoing councel when needed and not afraid to tell the other side they are wrong, very knowledgeable in field, great and pleasant staff. Worked with Michelle Erin Nadeau and his Jackie L. McNeil. Never rushed me off the phone or out of the office, listened, responded and guided me throught the process.
