Bret leveraged his vast probate, real estate and planning experience and expertise to help my mother and I set up a Living Will so that everything went perfectly smoothly when Mom joined The Lord last year. I was able to successfully navigate the legal and probate waters (without the need for it thanks to Bret's expert analysis and advice!), and couldn't have done it without Bret and his Team's help. I am an executive in a defense contractor SB and teach at University part time. I plan on utilizing Bret's expertise in estate planning and preservation for my children. Hired Mr. Jones to settled my sister's estate and set up guardianship and trust for my niece. He did not know how to do at all even though he told us he did. He did several things incorrectly even putting myself at risk b/c I was trustee. He charged me over $14,000 and nothing was accomplished. I had to hire another attorney to settle everything correctly. It was a total mess. Which cost even more money. Mr. Jones refused to reimburse us for all the things his office did incorrectly. Therefore, wasting thousands of dollars of my niece's trust money. (who is now an orphan with no parents at all since my sister adopted her as a single mom) Needless to say, I was shocked at the service we received. Absolutely no professionalism, not trustworthy and absolutely no feelings for his clients. I will be reporting him to the Florida Bar Association.

I have called many attorney's offices to get advice on a probate matter. Some called me back, some did not. The ones I talked to were not very helpful or personable. Bret Jones called me and was patient and caring and willing to take the time to answer all my questions, and there were many. If I do end up needing an attorney Bret will be the one I go to. Thanks so much for your patience and honest answers to my questions Bret! It was such a relief to finally talk with an attorney who was caring and professional.
