Dropped my son Billy DeGarm case right before divorce trial under false conditions that he did not turn in information on property he has proof he did would give a 0 if could

Horrible Lawyer!! If i could leave a 0 star rating i would! They promised me no court appearance. I ended up having to go to court from dade county. Impossible to get in contact with the lawyer himself. I probably could of had a better sentence if i just defended my self! If youre in trouble with the law, do not use this firm. They will not help what so ever!

Very very shity lawyers if I can rate them 0 I would. I currently have them now for almost a year and thay have done absolutely nothing for my case!!!! TRUST ME DONT WAST YOUR TIME PICK ANOTHER LAWYER!!!!!!!

Google really needs to have a 0 rating. In the beginning I felt comfortable with them taking on our case. Felt like they were looking out for our best interest. They get over 2 grand of our money. We get close to everything being said and done and they drop us.

They made me plea out to the same plea that was given to me from the start from the state. So that mean i didnt need them , they took my money, never met my lawyer n person...only on the phone or email VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They made a mistake an never attempt to fix it just left me hanging .😡

Honestly thought this was a good choice to hire them but was let down big time when court day came. This firm failed to help me out in anyway possible to be good. I was doing better on my own but hired this firm in hopes to get my kids more. But instead of getting more time I ended up spending almost 4 times the amount in child support with bare minimum visits with my kids. Save your money don’t hire

Dan is great

Dan Archer was the best attorney ever!!! I really appreciate everything he did for me and mine. Dan Archer got me everything I wanted. I am forever thankful 😊

I made a huge mistake hiring Dan Archer to represent me on a family law matter. Our first conversation over the phone was very pleasant. Dan seemed like a good guy willing to help. We came up with a detailed plan of moving forward. After I made the first retainer, Dan vanished. Every time I called his office, the people who answered the phone always stated Dan wasn't available and would leave a message for him to call me back, which he never did. Months after hiring Dan, he finally filed a motion with the court regarding a serious matter, which was not part of the plan. A court hearing was set. Dan never communicated with me before the hearing, was just told to show up to court 30 minutes before hearing began. Needless to say, Dan did a horrible job representing me in court. It was obvious the judge DID NOT like Dan (I had a lawyer before and after hiring Dan and the judge did not act this way towards the other 2 lawyers). Plus my ex who did not have a lawyer out witted Dan (and she is not very bright). Needless to say I wasted thousands of dollars hiring Dan. My experience with him is he is NOT honest, he doesn't follow through with what he says he will do. They way he acted towards me in the end made me realize he is not professional and is a crook! Safe to say I hired the 3rd lawyer and she got me everything you could possibly get under the law in a child custody case! My advice is, stay away from Dan and this law firm, do not waste you time or money!!

Couldn't ask for a better attorney. He understands and always goes above and beyond.
