Karen and her staff were wonderful threw this whole process. Karen went over and beyond to get me divorced and even thou my situation was very difficult for her she always saw the light for me at the end of a dark tunnel. You will want her as your attorney by your side because she works hard for her clients to get the job done!

I was visiting my husband in Florida (we were separated) so he could spend time with the kids. While there he had me served within days of my departure. I googled family lawyers and Karen had been raves about on google so I contacted the office and got a consult. I need to have my case dimissed for lack of jurisdiction....and Karen knew the law and was very intuitive able the way the other attorney would present their argument. Her presence was extremely calming and reassuring. The office also offers a payment plan which may work for some. I didn’t quite work for me, but the office was understanding and allowed me grace in that area. We got to mediation and I must say Karen and her team went through all documents and timelines with a fine tooth comb! Her paralegal should be an private investigator lol! Kathy(paralegal) is an asset and great compliment Karen. She dives into laws and statues and can prepare exquisitely written depositions! At mediation Keren was firm, calm, polished, but Fierce! She blew up my husband’s case with an oversight of an admission that he and his lawyer missed! Karen didn’t miss it though! That ultimately won me my case! I can’t thank Karen and her practice enough! Oh let me add that she is an honest attorney( well at least with me she was) which is an oddity in this profession. Thank you Karen!

Attorney Rodriguez was the best choice for legal representation. She is professional, caring and listened to my concerns. My best interests were always a priority. Any time I called the office or sent an email, I always got an immediate response. I never felt like I couldn’t reach her. Kathy is very diligent and knowledgeable as well. I would definitely recommend this law office to anyone in a similar situation.
