I hired Jay to handle a real estate closing for me and he did a wonderful job! Jay and his staff kept me informed throughout the entire process and always responded to my emails promptly. Real estate closings can be stressful, but now I know they don't have to be. Jay helped us out of a “Scare-suit” after a couple tried to squeeze more money out of us after the sale of our house. Jay skillfully shut them down again and again. Then he nailed the case shut.
