Hired Mr. Vidoni in my case and during covid time, hearings were mostly done online via teams. He attended 2 hearings of my case and I dialed-in to listen. Both of those hearings he was not prepared resulting to the judgement favored to the other side. He often uttered a filling word when he don't know what to say next and stuttered a bit. He started to charge a reasonable rate during the initial intake of the case and suddenly increase his rate as he claim the case is getting complicated and I'm getting trapped as the case has already dragged and he has all the details. Overall, hiring him is a waste of money. Very poor representation, lack of preparation in court hearings and incompetent.

Not knowing much on legal issues and trying to deal with a neighbor attempting to scam my elderly mother out of a piece of her property. Nick was recommended to us. Nick's level of knowledge and experience fused together with his listening skills and responsiveness. Made it easy to comprehend what was required to go to court. I was impressed by his analytical skills - from all points of view and his diligent research. His detailed communication helped us organize the information needed to present. Do not hire Nicholas Vidoni. He overcharge for his overly research time with no positive results. He is not good in trial either. He always say ahhh as a filler words. He will drag your case to collect more money. I made a big mistake to hire him. Do not make the same mistake. Do not hire nicholas vidoni.

Nick is an amazing lawyer. Nick will answer or return your call the same day, and generally have an answer to your questions. Not only that he comes up with legal strategies that are amazing and work. In my case the opposition attorney just kept on asking for continuances in that Nick blocked him at every turn. Don't waste your time and money on a paper pusher that just wants to get paid and settle the case quickly. Nick wins.

I had an unusual case with a landlord who hadn't registered their business. Mr. Vidoni took a situation that a lot of lawyers probably wouldn't and was extremely thorough, dug through a lot of mud and had to untangle a messed up corporate web. He was at all times extremely knowledgeable, informative, and treated me with respect and as a human being. I've had both good and bad situations with lawyers and this was by far the best. The corporation I was up against lawyered up with a well respected attorney and Mr. Vidoni was confident, aggressive and didn't back down. He regularly emailed me or called me after working hours to discuss my case. It was easy to see he is an extremely hard worker. He always took time to explain everything to me and treated me more like a person than a client. To me just that fact alone goes an extremely long way considering that when you and your family is facing an eviction from a large company it can be frightening, overwhelming and feel like you have very little hope. As far as many experience goes, I feel Mr. Vidoni will soon enough be running his own practice, made partner, or better. He is a man and lawyer on the rise and no matter what your situation is, I promise that you will feel better after speaking with him once.

Brilliant doesn't even begin to describe Mr. Vidoni! I was in the process of completing a mortgage modification, and the bank requested the sale of my home be canceled. The judge denied their motion. Then after the sale the bank and I requested the sale be vacated, but the judge denied our request. I requested that the judge allow me to remain in my home while pending appeal and he denied me! By the time Mr. Vidoni entered this mess I was literally minutes away from the sheriff removing me from my family home and he was able to get the appellate court to grant the stay! We have one more miniscule hurtle and this whole ordeal will be behind me. Mr. Vidoni is very knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough! Thank you so much!

Mr. Vidoni helped me get thru my HOA/ARC review board with a favorable result. He was professional, knowledgeable, used strong case law rulings to help support our position. At no point did I feel uncomfortable with his guidance, direction, or outcome.
