I had to go through a divorce that took over three years. It was the most stressful time of my life. My husband and I contacted Mr. Gutin after his ex filed for an injunction on behalf of their son. Mr. Gutin was very reassuring. The mother also tried getting their son to testify. Mr. Gutin also knew by this time, the mother had already coached the child. He used an actual piece of her old testimony to prove that the child was not fit to testify. It is truly sad to know that a mother is willing to put her son through all of this drama. Mr. Gutin is a wonderful attorney and he will be helping us on our next venture since the mom refused to give the child back after the injunction was dismissed.
