Mr. Sutterby provided extremely quick and efficient service. I contacted him on a Tuesday late morning. My ex-husband scanned him our original divorce documents for modification Tuesday evening along with what we wanted done, and the modification documents were ready Wednesday afternoon. Everything was done over e-mail, and Mr. Sutterby made sure he detailed all the steps we needed to take at the courthouse. Very pleased.

Sim worked after hours drawing up a quit claim deed just to make sure I would get it done as quickly as possible. He was quick to respond and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use this service again in the future.

Robin provided what I needed most in a lawyer for my local real estate matter: a prompt reply (my inquiry is answered the same day), prompt service (the documents were ready for my schedule), knowledge (Robin knows exactly what had to be done and made it easy for me), and courtesy. I recommend her for the service and competence you need with fair fees.

I would highly recommend Robin Cornell after my mom and I worked with Robin during the settling of mom’s husband’s estate. One of Robin’s biggest assets is her true compassion that she has for her clients but also displays creativity, possesses strong analytical and advocacy skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and often during the process in person and in writing. She is very hands on and getting in touch with Robin is a breeze.
