I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mr. Kousa because I believe others should also benefit from his services. Mr. Kousa is a GREAT attorney. Before I retained Mr. Kousa for my divorce, I was very concerned about the divorce process and its potential impact on my relationship with my wife and my children. But Mr. Kousa made this process so easy. With his help, my wife and I entered into a settlement agreement amicably dividing over 6 million dollars of our marital assets. We also reached an agreement on timesharing that we both are very happy with. I’m almost sure that had I retained a different lawyer, my attorney’s fees would have been twice of what Mr. Kousa charged me. Today, I am divorced and I can never be happier with the settlement agreement that my now ex-wife and I have reached. I highly recommend Mr. Kousa if you’re looking for an excellent family law attorney in Broward County.

As a divorced single income working mom of 3, losing your home you work hard to establish and keep for you children, you know facing foreclosure and the uncertainty of where you and you children will lay your heads is one of the most difficult challenges a person could face. I felt my lenders attorney was taking advantage of the fact that i was not represented. I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Kousa. After sitting with him to discuss my situation and options I felt hope, relief and a sense of security. Mr. Kousa is personable and professional. He makes you feel like a long time friend. His knowledge for his craft is extensive and his pursuit to defend your rights is relentless. He is a straight shooter and will give you his honest professional opinion good or bad, like it or not. You definitely won't get false hope or information from him. He does not "sugar coat" anything. He is certainly aggressive and fights for your rights. Having read his Bio as a United States soldier made me certain that he would be an attorney that I want on my side defending me. UPDATE: as of 5/1/14 Since my last rating of Mr. Kousa, I can confidently say that the choice I made to have him represent me in my case was absolutely THE BEST decision. Mr. Kousa did what he does best and provided me with updates and kept me informed of the actions he was taking and put my mind at ease to concentrate on other areas of my life. There was a turning point in my case when I was uncertain of the direction it would take but it was to my surprise when I received the wonderful news personally from Mr. Kousa that he was able to get my lender to back down and have my foreclosure action dismissed!!! #WIN I will definitely be using Jonny again for other areas of law and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a Power house gifted lawyer on their side.
