Had a client I do some work for get into some minor trouble in Miami. Nothing serious but annoying enough that it needed to go away. As an attorney myself I knew what to look for in a defense counsel and David fit the bill. Someone who could connect with my friend on a personal level and also provide great advice. He did not disappoint. He knows the law and the system and understands the timing of when to apply the right amount of pressure on the system to get the best result possible. Could not have gotten a better result for more than a fair price. David Trontz will be my go to when asked for a recommendation in the Miami area for criminal matters.

I was facing 25 to life on 2 charges. Even though there was video evidence that I acted defensively, the DA was pushing for the maximum. Fortunately for me, my sister found Larry Mcmillan and David Donet. They were able to get my GPS monitor removed, so that I wasn't viewed as a criminal by everyone in public. It took over 2 years to get into court: 1. because of covid, 2. because of a DA that continually procrastinated and would not respond to requests and orders. This made it that much harder for Mr. McMillan to do his job; but he and David Donet were able to get the court to force her to move forward. The bottom line is that: they didn't let up; they provided a solid defense; and they disproved every "witness" to show they couldn't actually see what they were testifying that they saw. Their law firm is not the least expensive, but their abilities and results are worth the money.
