My claim is still ongoing after more than a year. They're not pushing hard enough to settle my hurricane cases. There have been a lot of errors and misinformation. Now, my cases have been transferred to a THIRD lawyer. I told her the other day that I'm dissatisfied with the firm. She said she'll do her best, but I still told her I was looking forward to having another firm take over. They're more concerned about adding another claim after Milton's damages to my property instead of making sure that I get enough money to fix my property. Very disappointed!
