Domingo Panetti was here for a inspection of my home by an adjuster from the state guarantee fund. The inspection seemed thorough inside and out. Mr Panetti was very helpful and communicative of the process which put me at ease as I even teared up relaying the damage and having to live with it nearly 9 months now. I am more hopeful and eager to hear the follow up in 2-3 weeks. Thank you for your help and work on my claim.

Today June 8, 2023. Domingo Panetti from your Firm, was present at the time that the two engineers from Prema Consulting Group, LLC, came to perform their very thorough inspection of my house, following the claim I submitted to Heritage Insurance. He was just an observer, but spent all his time with me. He gave me some insights into the process and answered some of my questions. It was comforting to have him doing that and he also said that the report from the consultants may take a couple of weeks to be delivered, confirmed by the inspectors later on, and that whatever information I needed, could be obtained by contacting Rashel at the main office in Miami. I appreciated very much this type of support.
