Shedner at the Downs Law Group has been extremely helpful in putting together factual details of my experience before, during the direct aftermath and in the intervals since the Deep Horizon Oil Spill. As someone who worked in the cleanup effort, worked in the restaurant industry, and lived in close proximity to ground zero, the volume of information needed to proceed was extreme, but Shedner helped streamline the process patiently and with empathy. If he did not know an answer to a question he didn’t just give an opinion, he carefully researched within the team of experts and promptly returned a call with answers in laymans terms.
