I've been back and forth. More of back and NO Forth for 2 years . No callbacks , mailbox is Allways full. Not even a minimal progress report. Mr Manzanilla and his group a total poor excuse of what a professional law group should be.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE always making excuses that they can’t speak to you because they are on the phone with another client. Beware I have been calling over a year and am not able to figure my situation out. Was told that they are not even working on my case. I am exhausted of dealing with these people. They just want your money and they will stop responding to you once they have it. I regret hiring these people. If I could give them zero stars I would they don’t even deserve that one star.

Very very very unprofessional services. They always claim that they’ll call you back but they never do. Each and every time you call you’re told the same thing...”someone will call you back”. No one knows what’s going on with your case and you can NEVER speak with the attorney because she/he is always out of the office. It’s frustrating and disappointing. So if you don’t mind having to make constant pointless calls , then you should use this company. If you want professionalism, go elsewhere.
