Horrible service!!! Their office had my file for more than five months without any progress or communication. An attorney was never assigned to my file. During my most recent phone call to Gonzalo on or about April 11, 2016, he advised that your office was still waiting to hear back from the insurance company regarding my claim. I reminded him that we received the denial of claim letter at the end of February, at which point I called and he said that an attorney would be assigned to my file and would file the lawsuit against my insurance company. He then asked me to hold and said that he would return my call, yet I have not heard back from him, just like the several other times over during the course of my representation by your firm when I have left messages for Gonzalo which also went unreturned.

Leo is an attorney who defended me once on an insurance claim. I believe he specializes in this type of law but you would have to ask him. Regardless he did a stellar job and resolved my case successfully, effectively and efficiently. I'm a paralegal with 25 years experience and have worked with many attorneys and I must say Leo is a one of the best at this insurance defense game. Nice guy, great attorney, a class act..
