Desepsionado por mi caso mala atención totalmente , malísimo , respondiendo a tu respuesta pues si tengo um cazo com ustedes mi nombre es elvin arodi Muńoz Gaitan , mi esposa iso la peteciom de esposa me cobraron $5,200 dólares cuando llamaba para pedir respuesta nunca sabían nada me cambiaron 4 veses el abogado , y cuando cambiaban el abogado nunca sabía nada , cuando fui ala entrevista de la i130 , no sabía quién era mi abogado , supuestamente sólo tenían el teléfono de mi esposa , cuando quería hablar del caso pero cuando, cobraban me llamaban al mío , y si tengo um cazo com ustedes no mientan , 😡😡😡😡

I would not recommend this immigration office , very unprofessional staff and they don’t have control or care over your case . 17k and 7 years later and negative results. One example of how careless they are , all immigration letters were delivered to our home address , they weren’t even aware of what documents they were requesting or any type of follow up , we had to email them and call to let them know that we were getting mail from immigration ( I have all those emails and pdf ) . Even when our case went negative , they weren’t aware. Another example , they forgot to tell my mother she needed a medical exam done before our immigration interview!!!! Even our officer was surprised , Our first officer literally told my mother he would’ve approved her case if she had that medical exam, everything went downhill from there . Please be aware, that was my experience and we got negative results at the end. We didn’t feel taken care off and no one had our back . Our “lawyer” was Alana. Highly recommend to spend your money with attorneys that actually have your interest in heart and at least mind. Good luck to everyone and god forbid you go thru what we went through.
