Halpern Santos & Pinkert, PA... Everything was either delayed and/or done virtually due to the pandemic which made things awkward however, my attorney Ian Pinkert was in constant communication, very detailed about what to do and what to expect therefore, I felt well prepared. This was my first time ever going through something like this so, he was very informative and helpful. He was very kind and compassionate towards me and my family. I felt like he understood how I felt, what I went through and continued to go through. I definitely was in good hands and was represented well. Ultimately, I am satisfied with the outcome. Ii was hit by a negligent driver hard enough that part of the frame of my car had to be cut out and a new piece welded in. If the car had been older, it would have been totaled. Being past 40, my body doesn't respond as well as a younger person, and I experienced a lot of pain.
