My experience with Mr. Roman was excellent. Not only did he take up my case immediately, he basically ran with it all on his own after only one phone interview. That is, in my opinion, a superb business proposition. He was knowledgeable, reassuring and took care of every single detail. In the end he sent me an email with the words "Howdy there.
