If I could give a lower review I swear I would. This law firm was highly recommended by some very serious clients of there's. They told me Farbers firm was all for the people and get them results. So I called sent my info and waited for the call back as to whether he would take my case or not. Few days later after I spoke with the rude receptionist Jeanie, I called back answered a few questions she said tge lawyer wanted to know. She told me she had my contact info and would call me back. A week later I call again for her to ask me another question and proceeded to tell me they weren't gonna take my case. Ok first of all I don't understand how they do business but that's not how it's done. This could of been decided and told to me from the 1st phone call. When I told her how I felt she got even more rude and tried to explain there so called ways. I was so upset so confused as to why she or he couldn't just tell me this instead of having me wait and loose time for this sensitive matter. I won't stop until they feel what I felt at that moment. I swear they pay people for the reviews they have because behaviors like this doesn't get a 10 star. To Mr Farber and team you guys are a disgrace to the Florida people I'll stick with someone who cares about people as much as the payouts
