Karen every office has one , grew up on a a farm not educated and now because she is a paralegal she things she can talk and walk all over customers like the cows she grew up with ! Very unprofessional behavior stay away from these people !!! On the door is Feldman not her name and she has no clue what she is doing or what’s going on in the case !!!

I had the absolute best experience with Mr.Feldman and his associates. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and extremely accommodating. They definitely have a loyal client out of me now. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Called the office this morning the attorney returned my call within an hour and had already looked up to see if the police report was ready. He was very knowledgeable although he stated I did not have a claim. He did answer all my questions and did not waste my time. Greatly appreciated in addition he did provide a text message with his business card that included his personal cell phone in case my claim changes or I had additional questions. Very impressed.
