I wanted to take a moment to recognize and shout out Attorney Christian Granados, Esq. I was in a very uncomfortable situation with my apartments and needed some expert advice on how to best move forward. It was time sensitive and Attorney Christian was very prompt in responding to my concerns and complaints. I am a very hard critic, not easily impressed and extremely big on communication and Attorney Christian exceeded my expectations. He responded in a timely manner and his communication was top tier. My 86 year old mother was lied to by a solar salesman, Colby Goodwin of Sunnova (Lumio) who told her she did not have to pay anything because of a grant. He stuck a computer in front of her and pointed where to sign. There was no grant. It was a horrifying 32 page lease contract for 25 years for $75,000! The solar company demanded $3500 just to cancel! Christian did a great job getting this cancelled without fees from the solar company. Thank you Christian for your prompt responses and skill to exit this nightmare.
