If you're looking for a ​great estate planning (trust, wills, medical directives, etc.) attorney, I highly recommend Rachel Tolley in Coral Gables. If you do your estate planning with an attorney and find out later that it's not a good business relationship, you've just made a very expensive (both time and $$$) mistake. Changing to a new attorney usually involves starting the estate planning again from scratch. So, after interviewing 10 highly recommended estate attorneys from all over Florida, I decided to work with Rachel and crossed my fingers that it would be a great long-term relationship. Rachel was professional, quick to respond, and the finished product was great. My estate work was very complex, intricate and detailed. I​t was important to me ​​that I cover​ every possible scenario and have all checks/balances in place. I'm certain I was one of her most demanding clients ever, but you'd never know it by the kind way she treated me. Not only did she catch some ​major tax-related mistakes that my previous estate lawyer in TX made, she also had some great ideas that I hadn't thought of. Rachel has such a calm presence. Her ability to explain very complex legal jargon in a clear, digestible way without arrogance or running out of patience is a talent that few possess. You can tell that she really loves what she does and cares about people. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

I can ONLY STATE clearly that THIS ATTORNEY RACHEL TOLLEY is the finest you will find. I have dealt with at least 30 attorneys at my age of 70 years and know how difficult legal situations can be. Stress is high but Attorney TOLLEY can be trusted FULLY to do ALL THE ETHICAL duties and tasks set before her. A rare find indeed .

I hired Rachel to take over a simple probate case that another attorney was not able to finalize. She was able to tie up the loose ends and correct the mistakes the previous attorney made in a short amount of time. She communicates clearly and efficiently and she focuses solely on probate. Her fees are reasonable and I highly recommend her if you need help with a probate case. I only wish I had found her sooner!
