Had major mold and structural issue in my apartment. Property management was not willing to break my lease or follow code and removal of the mold. Hired Gilchrist Law Firm and was lucky to work with Christian. Within hours the property management released me from my lease without penalty and will return my security. The communication was quick and efficient. I am at peace knowing I can move on and get out of a mold infested apartment.

Christian Granados was persistent in dealing with people that were simply not responding for long periods of time, which was an issue I had throughout my experience as well. Although, it took several weeks he kept at it until they agreed on a more reasonable settlement than their original offer for damage. He stood by his promise to stay on top of it no matter how long it took. I would highly recommend him.
