Will ignore all of your emails and charge you for each email asking for status of your requests. She may act calm and smart, but literally does whatever she wants. Does not do as she agrees in discussions with you, ignores simple requests like requesting additional time for meeting, requesting certain attendees and has discussions making decisions with school contrary to your wants. Basically the same equivalent treatment by the public school system, but at a high price. I would not recommend her at all. I hired her a second time based solely on the school bullying me and acting like they did not remember first meetings discussions. Should have hired someone else. Despite lengthy parent notes and her review following meeting, she suddenly had no recall, despite everything being well documented and discussed extensively in email.

Where can I begin…. Ms. Langer knows education law! So many attorneys advertise that they practice education law and know how to deal with a problem school but when you ask detailed questions about their plan, they have no clue. Ms. Langer provided us with a detailed plan and fixed a problem we experienced with the school for years in only MONTHS!!! The school is now doing what they are required to do and helping our child. Thank you so much Ms. Langer for caring!!!

Ms. Langer was hired by a close family member to help with several issues we were having with a school with regards to his child’s education. I witnessed firsthand during a school meeting the level of incompetency the school displayed. As a current grade schoolteacher (at another school), I was shocked how the school staff displayed uncaring attitudes and were confused on how to address all the child’s issues and the parents’ concerns. Ms. Langer came on the scene and got things rolling. Ms. Langer was focused on getting what the child needed and refused to accept “no” for an answer by the school. In the end, Ms. Langer fixed the problem, and all issues and concerns were addressed. Thank you, Ms. Langer, for caring about a child that the school had given up on. You are the best!!!!!!!!!!

I hired Ms. Langer to help get my child the services he needed and hold the school accountable for countless errors that had been made. Ms. Langer did an in-depth review of my child school records and had several meetings with the school and/or school representatives. After years of battling with the school, begging them to do the right thing, Ms. Langer fixed the issue(s). Ms. Langer is a true advocate for children in public schools. She is focused on the child's needs and her vast experience helps navigate through all the obstacles and red tape. If you have an issue with a school a need a school focused attorney with years of experience dealing with the Florida school system, hire Ms. Langer!!!!!!!

Unless you are going to court, I would suggest you find someone who is willing to go the distance and keep their word. Ms Langer is never available. She is too busy tending to her ca$e$ that make her the most money. I can agree with the post regarding her lack of work ethic.

I could leave a long review posted here about this attorney based on my observation of her work ethic and my experience with her handling of my matter. Had there been other reviews posted similar to what I experienced as her client,I would have kept searching until I found the best attorney based on very good reviews only.
