Once I contacted the firm of Lipcon, Margulies and Winkleman, I was assigned attorney Marc Weiner to handle my case. From the first conference, Mr. Weiner's interest in our case seemed genuine. The case was a difficult one to handle, as the company being sued was located in a foreign country and initially refused to settle . Instead they said we could sue them, but only at that foreign country, which would have made it almost impossible. Mr. Weiner persevered and was finally able to obtain what I consider a fair settlement. 3 years ago i contacted Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman, P.A. and just to say they did amazing job for me, so many firms rejected me but they did not. In the start i was given one lawyer not to be named because he is not with them anymore, he guided me as much as he could, but suddenly i was given another lawyer and when it comes to lawsuits this is your men to look for without any doubt, his name is Mr Alex Perez. He won i would say impossible case for me, like i said before many of them rejected me but Mr Perez guided me all the way through my process. So many times i wanted to give up but i believed in Mr Perez and his capabilities, he even gave me his personal phone number and said whatever you need and any time call me. What else is there to say about this great company and this fine people that work for them. I wish them all the best in future and many success. When i became sick and company turned back one they did not, when i tries to contact my company they did not answered but Mr Perez made them regret. When I first boarded the cruiseship to begin a much anticipated vacation with my family, I never imagined that on the last day that I would end up with a very serious injury that required a complete shoulder replacement.
