Dabdoub Law Firm has been my LTD claim attorney for 3 years, and has successfully represented me in 2 claim denial reversals. Most recently, Prudential Insurance denied my claim stating that the reasons for my inability to become gainfully employed had not been substantiated. This was despite their having paid my claim for 4+years, due to irreversible and declining health concerns. Attorney Edward Dabdoub personally and immediately drafted a letter requesting that Prudential reverse this recent claim denial, or litigation was eminent. Additionally, he was candid and prepared me for litigation, as my HMO physicians were not being fully supportive in referring me for updated diagnostic tests; and updating Prudential's required paperwork. We were so surprised and excited when Prudential reviewed their records and reversed their claim denial! This review was from 2017. I failed to press the "post" button: I chose Dabdoub through a Google search, and had reached out to a few other offices as well. After speaking with a kind gentleman that asked me a few questions, Attorney Carter Sox called me, and we had the warmest conversation ever. I was ecstatic when advised that Dabdoub Law Firm and Carter, would represent me. Working with Carter, Sonya Myers, and Maria Calvo made my Long Term Disability claim denial appeal proceed fast and effectively. They always returned my calls (even one that I didn't even remember making. I was so stressed), and emails, and kept me abreast of events relative to my appeal. I received the disturbing call in April of 2017, when I was told that my long term disability benefits were abruptly cut off in an annual review. That phone call changed the course of my life at that moment, as failing health and very limited income from SSD left me in a place where I would lose 60 % of my monthly income. I had heard the horror stories of being ejected from benefits I worked for and was entitled for as long as I remained "disabled", that was according to the definition set by my carrier. For the year forward, through the complex process, I knew I could just continue to work on my life and rebuilding, knowing I had a firm that was looking out for my interests despite me not knowing how to handle any of the process or the outcomes. Kevin consulted constantly with his superiors to find ways of continuing to not let go, even when I was so concerned that the insurance carrier would overshadow any appeal I could possibly put together. In the end, Dabdoub carried the ball across the finish line as I just sat back and put my trust in their abilities. Not from any prior experience, but how gently and carefully my well being was being considered throughout. They succeeded in securing a settlement, one I truly didn't believe would happen, going up against such a large and overpowering insurance company who had no regard for my life and well being. I can't tell you how important it is to put your trust in and hire a firm that handles your case with compassion, taking into account that you were on disability for a reason. ..That your health is compromised and you need advocates that will say, " just rest, we will take care of it". Dabdoub Law Firm was refer to me by Joseph McDonald at McDonald & McDonald Law firm located in Daytona Ohio. I couldn’t be more satisfy and happy I contacted Dabdoub law firm. After contacting 12 law firms before contacting Dabdoub law firm. I was giving up hope. My case for long term disability was a quick case that just needed to be reinstated. Lawyers I contacted where giving me this whole big long stories on how they will go about my case. Really, they made it seem worse than it was and I knew they were just going to prolong my case and on top of everything they would ask for 33.3 % of any present and future payment for 5 or 7 years. That I taught it was crazy! Run away from any law that request that. After speaking with Eddie at Dabdoub law firm and explaining my situation. He is very straight forward, honest individual and knew where I was coming from and we decided to be a team. He will charge me a certain percent, no future payment and I will get him all the information needed and there firm will submit to Guardian. In just 5 months my case was reinstated. My disease is becoming more common these days and not many law firms has heard about it. So, if you have Hidradenitis or any other LTD situation trust me you won’t regret it you are contacting the best Law Firm.

Hello this review regarding the professional and timely handling of my Disability Case is being done it a effort to assist anyone who has a legitimate disability claim and would like the absolute best chance of it being settled favorably . My assessment of the professional job that was needed to win my case and the services received that resulted in winning a settlement that was 100 % larger than the insurance company has originally offered , was accomplished by Nina and Eddie at the firm . I am the first one to admit that I AM WITHOUT A DOUBT THE MOST DIFFICULT CLIENT THEY HAVE HAD OR WILL EVER HAVE . I can make this statement due to the fact that I have spent over 30 years in the insurance / financial services industry , as matter of fact one of my specialties was the marketing and selling of both individual and group disability products . I am sure both Eddie and Nina would agree that this made there job of representing me and negotiating my settlement very challenging , as my extensive knowledge of the industry and in particular disability income products was often times a hindrance . I also need to state that I had a previous law firm that was handling my case for over 2 years before FINALLING finding Dabdoub and specifically Nina .
