My husband and I had an excellent experience with Nima at South Florida Law. Our real estate agent recommended them and we were so pleased with the work they did for us during our closing process when selling our condo. We had a tricky loan assumption process and our bank asked for so many different things. They guided us through the overwhelming process and found solutions when my husband and I were in different states than each other and the property during closing. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
