Avi Tryson has not only been my personal real estate attorney for the last 10 years, but he has also been the attorney and closing agent for more than 100 of my clients’ purchases during this same time frame. In every transaction, he has been outstanding and in many, he has been absolutely essential. Although for the most part, a real estate closing should not be a complicated matter, there are certainly times when complex issues require a far greater level of expertise. Avi has that expertise. He is a creative thinker who also possesses a wealth of experience, thereby allowing him to be a superb problem solver. Whether the issues are related to title, finance or even personality conflicts between the parties, Avi identifies the problem, maps a path to the solution and along the way, provides frequent status updates to those involved. Some may be harder to solve than others, but they all get solved and usually in a very expeditious fashion. Although other title and real estate attorneys might have been capable of solving some of these problems, the fact is that I couldn’t know for sure and I wouldn’t want to take the chance. With Avi, I know the solution is always nearby and achievable. In addition to his unique ability to efficiently execute, Avi is a fantastic communicator. He is available around the clock 7 days a week and even though a need may arise after normal hours, his willingness to assist is always apparent. There is never a feeling of having been intrusive, even though I am certain there have been times when I was. Avi is also very ethical and in South Florida, finding the perfect combination of abilities, ethics and access is not easy. I have been in the real estate industry for 3 decades and have worked with hundreds of attorneys and I can comfortably say that Avi is my favorite by far; he is a true asset to my business and thankfully, a very valued friend.
