Brandon is the man , hands down!! About two years ago at a restaurant sitting at a table the chairs leg broke causing me to hit the corner of the table with my jaw resulting in swelling in my left cheek and difficulty chewing. Brandon got me the help i needed and thanks to him i can enjoy a fine peice of steak without having pains thank you agin Chase.

Mr. Chase was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he take the time to explain things to me, but sometimes he had to do it more than once, which I'm quite sure wasn't easy. He made the entire process quite easy and much less stressful than I had expected, from the paperwork at my Dr. visits, all the way through the settlement. Additionally, he made himself available. A majority of the time he answered the phone personally, but if he didn't I either got a call back the same or next day; from him. His staff deserves an honorable mention as well. Very professional and nice. You never feel like they're rushing to get you off the phone. What it comes down to is very simple. After my car accident I contacted the only lawyer I knew for guidance on what I should do next. Brandon Chase is a great lawyer to use if you had an injury on a cruise ship. It does not matter where the ship sails from or where you live, it matters that you get a lawyer that understands maritime law... and Brandon does!! Brandon was referred to me after a standard civil lawyer took my case and botched it because he did not understand maritime laws and did not have insight into how cruise lines function in the area of settlements. Brandon took on the case late and was able to get me a settlement very quickly. He and his staff were very professional, prompt and able to speak in direct terms to me during the whole process. What my previous lawyer botched for over 8 months, Brandon and his team cleared up in a little over one month. I would recommend him to anyone having had an issue with a cruise line.

I had to sue a cruise line for a broken thumb and Mr Chase took the case and he keep me informed all the way through.
