No one thinks that when they have disability insurance that they would need to hire a lawyer to fight the insurance company to pay benefits they are entitled to. Like others, I found myself needing to be represented after my illness made me unable to work because the insurance company is not in the market to pay benefits, they are in the market of keeping their stock holders happy. Thank goodness for Kevin and the Dabdoub Law Firm. The minute I hired them I felt a huge relief knowing that I was in caring and capable hands. I wasn't wrong. From the very beginning, all my questions were answered and there was constant communication throughout the process. Tanja Vucetic is an absolutely phenomenal attorney. I worked with her at Dabdoub on a disability claim in 2021 and she was fantastic to work with. Tanja is proactive, responsive, and was easy to get in touch with. She contacted me regularly to give me updates on the status of our claim. I feel lucky to have found Nina Burgos. She’s competent and empathetic. She’s handling my case remotely because I don’t work or live in the same state as her office. Ask her questions and she will answer you honestly. I hope to never need another disability lawyer, but I would contact Nina right away if the need ever arises.
