The Dabdoub Law Firm gave me back my life. I didn’t know how I would be able to meet the challenges of continued medical coverage and care without my long-term disability. It was suddenly taken away following their independent review. The insurance company was extremely rude. I tried to question why they denied my claim. Their response was “you have the right to an appeal”. The appeal process was foreign to me. I knew it would be an uphill battle I wasn’t equipped to handle, so I contacted several different attorneys firms. I didn’t get a comfortable feeling and even questioned some of their character. I became more nervous than when I received the denial letter. It wasn’t until I spoke with Bryn, at the Dabdoub Firm, I had hope. From the initial intake process with Bryn I felt reassured it was possible to overturned the decision of the Insurance Company. Bryn took the time to explain the entire process. I knew it would be slow and tedious, but from the start I felt reassured they could get the job done. Working with Bryn, Ben, Sonya and the entire competent team was a joy. I admit at times I was a nervous wreck, but they kept reassuring me. They were very patients with me no question was stupid; they always took the time to explain. They were there for me 24 hours a day seven days a week, even when the insurance company tried to get me to settle, they pushed on. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until Dabdoub Firm filed a lawsuit against the Insurance Company they overturned the denial. Reinstating it retro back to the denial date. I couldn’t have done this without the legal expertise of the Dabdoub Law Firm. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how wonderful, reassuring, professional, and competent the Dabdoub Law Firm” group is.
