I am Jody Castle; I am posting this from my wife's account due to trouble with my account. I apologize for the length of this review but it's difficult to cram 5 years of good experiences in one review. Here we go Geanninna, works for Dabdoub Law Firm better known as Nina by her clients. I can't say enough kind words and praise that would explain how well I was treated by Nina as a person, and her professionalism is unmatched in any field. I held a position in upper management for several years and I recognize talent when its present, Nina, has the attitude and the aptitude to perform any task she takes on at an admirable pace and has an excellent performance record. I was injured after work one day and before hiring Nina I would try to get the insurance company to talk with me directly and most times I couldn't get the long-term disability company to return my calls it would take multiple attempts to finally get in touch with someone BTW I never talked to the same person twice, I was told that I didn't have long-term disability even though it was clear that I had purchased the plan and even after I provided the insurance company proof that I was paying the premiums and the premiums were clearly being deducted from my paycheck they stood their ground and told me I didn't have long term disability. It looked like it was hopeless. I can't remember how I found about Dabdoub Law Firm but after getting the contact information I think I contacted the Firm the same day. I called them and Nina took my case immediately. Within 2 weeks I was approved to receive the benefits due to me because Nina understood my situation and she fought hard with the insurance company and was very kind and professional throughout the entire process. My disability turned out to be so bad that I will not be able to return to work at any time. I received monthly benefits for 5 years and I never missed a payment from the insurance company thanks to Nina, her assistants, and Dabdoub Law Firm. I approached Nina with the possibility of receiving a buyout from the insurance company and she told me she would methodically contact the insurance company and approach the insurance company in a very professional manner and discuss the possibility of a buyout. She was persistent, patient (much more patient and professional than I was) and she handled herself in a professional manner. After the proper amount of time passed it worked out exactly the way she said it would. A short time later out of nowhere we received an offer without solicitation, we both thought the offer was a little bit low, but it was a good offer based on the circumstances. After reviewing the first offer Nina discussed our options and she started immediately working on negotiations and by the way I consider her to be a master negotiator. She was able to negotiate a higher payment in less than 2 weeks and I will receive the first of 2 payments before my monthly benefits payment is due to come in. Also, she was able to negotiate what I consider to be a very fair settlement. The rates for their services are great, the performance I witnessed is unmatched by any one person or team of people I have worked with during a 36-year career in cryogenics and fractionation. Nina and her assistants are amazing and without a doubt Nina exceeded all of my expectations. I very rarely write a review about anything or anyone but due to the extraordinary experience I had with Nina and her assistants I would like to give them the highest praise possible for a Job well done. I would like to end by saying that there were times that I wasn't very professional at all due to the stress of trying to manage my monthly commitments, but Nina and her assistants were professional even when I wasn't. Oh yeah and she is very beautiful as well.

My wife and I were very happy on the services provided to us by the Law Firm especially Kevin and staff as we tried to settle with the Insurance company regarding my wife's long term disability benefits. The process was smooth and results were fast. Kevin was with us all along; talking to us and making us understand and be comfortable with his negotiations with the insurance company. We don't think we can ask for better representations.

Be careful with these people they are not trustworthy they offer you commissions which is illegal in Florida, once they have your case and you call them they do not give you information about your case. The release of my children's money was signed and they have not given us the money this case is from 2019 anyway they do not want to deliver the money and we had to go to the bar and hire another lawyer to get our money ... be very careful with these fraudulent characters.

I reached out to the Dabdoub lawfirm after having been denied long term disability benefits for post concussion syndrome through my company’s long term disability insurer. What set Kevin apart from other lawyers I spoke with to represent me was his willingness to hear out my case, his experience with post concussion syndrome issues, and his experience in the ERISA space and with my insurer. One of my biggest post concussion issues is difficulty with even small amounts of screen time. Kevin and Janiece worked to help prioritize what I would need to submit for my appeal and how best to focus my efforts. They were also extremely helpful and took a huge weight off me by taking over communication with my insurer, submitting all the documentation and forms, and sending the right messages to my insurer every step of the way. I believe their expertise with the appeal process was a large deciding factor in my case as I was eventually awarded benefits after months of appealing and providing additional information to a less than cooperative insurer.

I was in a car accident that resulted in several injuries that prevented me from returning to work and was placed on LTD. I had no idea how such a system worked and when my claim was denied (this seems to a common occurrence) It was a challenge to navigate the process. The nature of my injuries made it all the more difficult (compiling information, understanding the appeals timeline, documentation requirements etc.) and I was very stressed. When you are injured everything becomes so much more confusing. I live in NY and was surprised at the varying attorney fees and contracts: Dabdoub has a very clear fee structure and takes the time to answer all of your concerns before they are retained. Once assigned Mr. Probst I found the process straightforward and my emails and questions were addressed fully and thoroughly. Kevin and everyone at the firm working on my case were available and kept me informed. The process is extremely intimidating and having an attorney who can explain it and present all of your options is crucial. Mr. Probst laid out a clear strategy and won! It was a relief and success to work with Dabdoub and Mr. Probst.

I worked with Nina for over a year to get my case resolved. She was consistent and always assured me that she was working for my best outcome. She fought for me and was relentless in making sure I got the best result. She and the team are amazing and I recommend their services to anyone. Don't do it alone, you won't regret it!

My husband, James, required representation regarding a long term disability appeals claim.
