My case was complicated, but they had a solid plan and it made all the difference. He and his firm worked really, really hard for my family and I during one of the most difficult (and frightening) times in my life. I'm doing this because this firm is disrespecting my family , my mom had an accident 3 years ago as soon as they got the case and the paper they never answered my calls not front desk but doesn't matter the time they weren't available to talk to us , after 3 years they said they can close the case they told that from 25k I will only get 5k wich I know they are thieves but after they offer $7 my mom signed the papers in February 7th , I called a month after they said the money have to go to the owner of the firm first then he will make separate checks and then after my check arrives to Miami they will call me , I called today April 23rd and the front desk said the check is still in the defendant side wich is not true .. if I don't have any answer by tomorr I'm gonna go with the police to they firm I'm done with u guys and i promise i will talk a lot about this in all social media and everywhere ..

Using this firm made the process less stressful. Dealing with the insurance company was so stressful and exhausting. I was denied part of my STD and LTD benefits. I worked with Emily who was very supportive, knowledgeable, and great with communication. The appeals for my benefits were approved in a timely manner. Her experience working with clients with Long Covid made me more comfortable with selecting this firm. I would highly recommend this firm especially for my fellow Long Covid sufferers who are having challenges with getting disability benefits.
