They gathered all the pertinent data, set up the appropriate FCE and IME, and filed a convincing appeal. The appeal was approved, and I am in the process of receiving my benefits.

No recomiendo esta firma de abogados ya que en mi caso no se hizo el trabajo ni lo que supuestamente se me prometio,me hablaron de que había caso que se podía hacer pagar a los culpables y desde febrero del año pasado solo hablamos 3 veces y todas las llamadas las hize yo,ya hasta me trataban en una forma poco etica,ética, dicen además de mi dolor y mi situación pasar por rehabilitación durante el covid por 36 dias,somaton, que esto ayudaría y ahora me cuentan que el seguro dio 1,800 menos prácticamente que lo que me costó arreglar mi carro,me parecen los abogados menos competentes que e escogido en estos casos,no creo sean recomendables

Very unprofessional, workers are very disrespect, they don't care about your case, when you call, they say the attorney is on the phone with another client, he will call you back.... I have been recieving this message for 2 years, they never called, you never get updates on you case.... !!!!! This company should be called The Failure Law Firm!!!!!!! Please people....DON'T do it.... go somewhere else!!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻
