Honestly had a great experience with them, I was well taken care of and had very good customer service!

I strongly, strongly recommend Eddie and his team. He and his entire staff have been wonderful, professional, caring, empathetic and exceptionally knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with them throughout the process and it was a huge relief with everything else going on in the landscape of my life and health. My case was complicated, but they had a solid plan and it made all the difference. He and his firm worked really, really hard for my family and I during one of the most difficult (and frightening) times in my life. If I had to do it all over again I would hands down go with Edward and his firm again.

I'm doing this because this firm is disrespecting my family , my mom had an accident 3 years ago as soon as they got the case and the paper they never answered my calls not front desk but doesn't matter the time they weren't available to talk to us , after 3 years they said they can close the case they told that from 25k I will only get 5k wich I know they are thieves but after they offer $7 my mom signed the papers in February 7th , I called a month after they said the money have to go to the owner of the firm first then he will make separate checks and then after my check arrives to Miami they will call me , I called today April 23rd and the front desk said the check is still in the defendant side wich is not true .. if I don't have any answer by tomorr I'm gonna go with the police to they firm I'm done with u guys and i promise i will talk a lot about this in all social media and everywhere ..

This firm is a scam. They tell you that they will help you and dedicate time to you but this is not true. They don't care about you and will not return your calls. I wasted over a month for them to turn around and tell me they can't help me after they said they would and can take the task on. They did anything on my case. This firm will just tell you they are working on it but dont trust them. The lawyers are under qualified and lack the work ethic. I would never use or recommend this firm.

Dabdoub Law Firm was extremely critical in continuing my long-term disability insurance. The insurance company decided, after 1 phone conversation with them, to drop me by telling me that I'm mentally disabled. They then claimed only to had to pay LTD for 2 years. This diagnosis was was untrue and this Law Firm helped me keep my long-term disability insurance for many years. Dabdoub only took a portion of every month's long-term disability payment. Trust me when I tell you, the monthly payment to keep Dabdoub representing me to the LTD Insurance Company was well worth it. Insurance companies are designed to make money and if they can stop paying you they will find a way if they can. The insurance company dropped me with a letter that stated I was dropped 14 days prior to receive that letter. With only 30 days (-14 days) to dispute their claim that I was mentally disabled when half a month ago I was physically disabled. We decided to fight it. But we really didn't know what action to take. I think the insurance companies know that when you are really sick and down you may not know how or be able to fight back . There's many challenges that come along with having physical problems. Fortunately I had a spouse that really took good care of me and continues to take good care of me. Additionally having the money to keep your home and get the needed health care is also very important. With Mr. Dabdoub's represention and they're understanding of insurance laws, they secured us a reinstatement of our long-term disability insurance along with back payments that we so rightly deserved!! There may be other things you have to do, for us I was lucky to have my wife organize daily health records and the insurance company made us go to multiple doctors and provide them with diagnosis. All this information flowed from us through Dabdoub Law Firm to the insurance company. After approximately a year we decided to keep the law firm on retainer for a nominal fee that came right from our LTD checks. With Dabdoub Law Firm as a representative we never had to talk to that deceitful Insurance Company again. Mr. Dabdoub esq. and his team will certainly take very good care of you as they specialize in disability insurance law. We highly recommend calling for a consultation and working with them. It was the best thing we could have done to preserve our financial future. Possibly the only thing we could have done.
