Erik Perez is a very knowledgeable attorney worth every penny even for the initial consult. I had questions regarding my rights as an owner in a Condo Association, as I was having trouble getting the answers to important questions regarding a neighboring property and their rights to use our entrance. Even in the 30 minute initial consultation Erik was very informative and mentioned various avenues I could take to get the information I wanted from the Condo Association. It appears Erik and his firm truly want to help the small guy and explain things in an easy to understand manner.
