Jose Lorenzo was a true professional who was able to come through on a very time sensitive probate matter. A close friend died without a will and the sole owner of a property that was under contract and set to close in 3 weeks. Jose was able to get the court to act on an emergency basis and get the documents needed which made it possible to close on time. The proceeds of the sale eventually went to her only heir, her brother, just as she would have wished. Thank you Jose.
