I just recently settled my case against a cruise line after injuring my right ankle due to negligence on their part. I originally contacted them based on reviews I read on Aronfeld law. I did an intake with Ana who then put me in touch with Spencer Aronfeld and Matthias. They were very thorough in what we would need and also explained to me they will be honest when they feel it’s time to settle or go to court. With very unfavorable laws in Florida for plaintiffs they really know how far to push. Abby Ivey took over most of the work on the case and although in the beginning we banged heads a little I would recommend her with all my heart. We fought a little with each other but not nearly as hard as she fights for you which I greatly appreciate. I’m a single dad with custody of my 14 year old daughter who never likes to be told she can’t accomplish something reminds me of Abby and I hope as she continues to grow she has the same tenacity as Abby shown. Great female role model. I’m sure they are proud to have her as an Attorney representing their firm. Bottom line 8 months later she pushed and squeezed every dime out of them as possible and I highly recommend using them. Follow there lead but also let them know what you want and they will fight hard for you!! Great experience from start to finish!!

This organization lead me to believe they would take my case, but let two years pass and the statute of limitations ran out. They said afterwards they were not interested in my case after all And of course their response is "we have no file with your information. We don’t believe you are or were an actual client." such an attorney response. Yuck Stay away for this group.

Spencer Aronfeld is a great person. Being a great person is the most important quality to look for whenever you seek help of any professional. My parents and I visited Spencer when my mom suffered a slip and fall injury. My father has a tough personality and at times could be difficult to deal with. Spencer was able to work through this difficulty and he showed compassion when other lawyers would be indifferent. He was sensitive when other lawyers would be intolerant.
