My experience with Ms. Rodriguez was great. She did everything for my real estate purchase transaction to go smooth. Her legal assistants are great also, with excellent communication skills and professionalism. Living in Miami, it is hard to find someone like Ms. Rodriguez and her team, who will answer all of your questions and spend the extra time and go the extra mile. Jeannine Rodriguez went over and beyond the call of duty. She helped us in so many ways when our lender had no clue as to what they were doing. She is very professional and understanding. I hired Jeannine to help with a delinquent tenant. She contacted me on the same day that I spoke with her office, and gave insight into my options for course of action. Her rate and summation of time spent was fair, and the notice that she wrote up for me was effective.

Jeannine has since helped me write legal contracts for my real estate team and review my independent contractor agreements with my current and prospective brokerages.
