I had started the process of bringing my fiancé over on a K1 visa. We had found an attorney who got us through the initial application process but they were non-responsive; often taking multiple emails, voicemails and weeks before getting an answer. We parted with the firm when my fiancé arrived in the US. We decided we could rely on our own research and submit the final paperwork on our own. We diligently organized all the required documents and steps and submitted our applications. Due to a technicality the applications were rejected. It was then we found Melissa at the Dominguez Law Firm. She was attentive, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about immigration policies and procedures. She cut through all the verbiage and simplified the matter for us. She stayed on top of our case and often advised us of any changes before we even knew. She also accompanied us to our final interview and was a calming influence on us. We are now proud recipients of a permanent resident alien status and we have Melissa to thank for making the process easier for us.

Worst law firm you could ever go to. They are unprofessional, and not responsive. I would literally have to call from several phones to receive an answer.I was sent to therapy for 2 months and was told I have no case after the fact of spending 2months out of work. WORST LAW FIRM EVER
