My personal story is unique with my lead legal representation, Mr. Richard Preira. My name is Raquel Soto-Catalano and I wrote the Florida Bill and created the non profit to help families going through divorce who have children with disabilities, PESC (www.pescfamilies.org). Mr. Preira and team were the initial motivation behind my decision to help many other families in our state by writing a bill that would adapt the current parenting classes to include those parents of children with disabilities.
