I had (what I thought was) a very interesting opportunity involving a non-US company. I called Bar Association referrals, friends of friends, almost anyone who would listen to my request for contract assistance. For weeks I was bothering people about it. Because my goal involved the need to be creative, no attorney I spoke to would or could help me. I was referred to Mr. Molina and contacted his office. We worked on this in two phases: the first was a due diligence document and the second was a proposed contract. The turnaround time was reasonable and the cost was manageable. The office is rigidly structured in terms of their communications which at first was a bit off putting but in the end, it's what make them efficient, I think. (Send an email, someone will call you. But they DO call you.) At any rate, I would use them again.
