Several years ago, my wife and I moved to Florida. We needed to update our estate plan and make sure it conformed to the laws of The State of Florida. We also needed powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills. We contacted Mr. Perlin's office and were promptly given an appointment. At the appointment, Mr. Perlin was very knowledgable answering our questions in simple straight forward language. He gave us great advice which helped us decide on an estate plan. After we made our decision, Mr. Perlin promptly prepared the appropriate documents. At a second appointment, he fully explained them to us and patiently answered all of our questions before we signed them. Since we are relatively new to this area of the country, I found Mr. Perlin by searching the Florida State Bar Association Website looking for lawyers in or around Miami certified in Estate Planning and Elder Law, and we are glad that we found him.
